This session will feature a panel discussion which will include an attorney, an insurance representative, and an SV provider who will recount some specific litigation that has been taken against SV providers.  What were the lessons learned? What should providers be doing right now to insure they are protected? 

The workshop will also address business vulnerabilities, the vital role of insurance, the perspectives of attorneys (i.e.what matters), attorney-insurance provider interface, lessons learned from my experience of being sued, and specific recommendations for contracts, policies and procedures.
